"I had to wait longer than I would’ve..."
I had to wait longer than I would’ve liked for support to get back to me. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did feel a little frustrating at the time.

"Course content didn’t really deliver"
I went into this course expecting a lot more, honestly. Like, something practical. Something that would actually go a bit deeper. But most of the lessons felt really surface-level, almost like an intro I could’ve found anywhere.
Some of the videos repeated the same points, and a few sections felt rushed or just kind of old. I kept waiting for better examples or clearer explanations, but they never really came. In the end, I feel like I learned more from free resources online.

"Confusing and Frustrating to Use"
I had a rough time with this platform. It felt confusing to navigate, pages were slow to load, and finding the lessons I needed was way harder than it should’ve been. What made it more frustrating was that it felt like the goalposts kept moving, just when I thought I understood where to go or what was expected, something changed or wasn’t where I thought it would be. Overall, not a great experience.

I got through a few lessons, but I felt kind of pressured to keep moving through them before I really understood anything. The skills were basic, and when I tried to actually use them at work, they didn’t help much. It just didn’t feel practical for real tasks

"Not exactly a masterclass"
The instructor didn’t seem all that confident, which was surprising for someone teaching the class. A few basic questions got skipped over, so I left feeling like I’d somehow learned less than I expected. Always great when the person leading the lesson seems almost as confused as the students.
